These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at orbtop.com and its subdomains (the "Website"), operated by Juton LLC ("OrbTop", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. About OrbTop

OrbTop provides information about, and access to, data and market-intelligence products and services (the "Services"). Today the Services centre on data-extraction tools ("Actors") that we publish on the Apify platform, and we may add further tools, hosted services, events, and user accounts over time. Some Services are delivered through third-party platforms such as Apify; where that is the case, your use of them is also governed by that third party's terms (see Section 3). We will update these Terms as the Services evolve.

2. Use of the Website

You may access and use the Website for lawful, personal, and business-informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content from the Website except as permitted by our robots.txt; or
  • misrepresent your affiliation with OrbTop or Juton LLC.

3. Actors and Third-Party Platforms

The Actors described on the Website are provided through Apify. Your access to, purchase of, running of, and billing for any Actor is governed by Apify's own Terms of Service and pricing, together with any terms shown on the individual Actor's Apify Store listing. We are not responsible for the Apify platform, its availability, or its billing. You are responsible for using each Actor lawfully and for complying with the terms, robots directives, and rate limits of any website or service you direct an Actor to access.

4. Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by Juton LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission.
